Animal products certification

Milk, meat, fish, eggs and honey are the fresh animal products targeted for quality control and certification.

The non food products designated for exports are also considered. These include hides and skins and horns. ALCU ensures quality production, surveillance within milk basins, slaughter houses and other production sites.
