SPS
The SPS Agreement applies to all sanitary and phytosanitary measures which, directly or indirectly, affect international trade. Sanitary measures deal with human or animal health, and phytosanitary measures are related to plant health.
This agreement includes the protection of fish and wild fauna, forest and wild flora, both excludes the protection of the environment and animal welfare.
