TITLE: MAINTENANCE SERVICES OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT                                                                                     FINANCING: RWANDA BUREAU OF STANDARDS

The Rwanda Bureau of Standards solicits Technical and Financial Proposals for the Maintenance services of computer equipment.

The company will be selected under Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) Method and procedures described in the Request For Proposals, in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement.

The Request For proposals written in English and French may be obtained from the Director General’s Office of the Rwanda Bureau of Standards P.O. Box: 7099 Kigali-Rwanda, Tel. 0252586103, Fax: 0252583305, located at Kicukiro-Centre from 4th March 2010, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 RWF) to Rwanda Revenue Authority.

Enquiries regarding this tender shall be addressed to The Director General of Rwanda Bureau of Standards.
Well printed Proposals, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must reach the Director General of Rwanda Bureau of Standards at the address mentioned above not later than 6th April 2010 at 9.30 am local time prompt.  Late Proposals will be rejected.

Technical Proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of consultants or their representatives who choose to attend at 10.00 a.m. prompt (local time) at the Rwanda Bureau of Standards conference room.
The outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender name and title.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Law N° 12/2007 of 27/03/2007 on Public Procurement.

Rwanda Bureau of Standards invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the supply and commissioning of Laboratory consumables and apparatus as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements.
Tender Documents written in English and French may be obtained from the secretariat office of Rwanda Bureau of Standards P.O. Box: 7099 Kigali-Rwanda, Tel. 0252586103, Fax: 252583305, located at Kicukiro-Centre from 1st March 2010, upon presentation of a deposit slip of non-refundable fee of five thousand Rwandan Francs (5,000 RWF) to Rwanda Revenue Authority.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of one million five hundred thousand (1,500,000) Rwanda Francs or its equivalent in any freely convertible currency.

L’Office Rwandais de Normalisation sollicite des offres de la part de soumissionnaires éligibles et répondant aux qualifications requises pour la Fourniture  et mise en service de consommables et appareils de laboratoire.
Les Dossiers d’Appel d’Offres rédigés en Français et en Anglais peuvent être obtenus au secrétariat du de l’Office Rwandais de Normalisation BP : 7099 Kigali, Tél. : 0252586103, Fax : 0252583305, sis à Kicukiro Centre à partir du 1 Mars 2010 sur présentation d’un bordereau de paiement d’un montant non remboursable de cinq mille Francs Rwandais (5,000 Frw) payable à l’Office Rwandais des Recettes.
Les offres doivent comprendre une garantie de l’offre pour un montant de un million cinq-cents mille Francs Rwandais (1,500,000 Frw) ou son équivalent  en monnaie facilement convertible.
Toute demande d’information relative au présent Appel d’Offres doit être adressée à Monsieur le Directeur Général de l’Office Rwandais de Normalisation.
Les offres bien dactylographiées, doivent être remises sous plis scellés et présentés en quatre copies dont un original au Secrétariat de l’Office Rwandais de Normalisation à l’adresse mentionnée ci-dessus au plus tard le 15 Avril 2010 à 9h :30 précises heure locale. Les offres remises en retard seront rejetées.    
L’ouverture des offres aura lieu le même jour en présence des soumissionnaires ou de leurs représentants souhaitant y assister à 10h :00 précises (heure locale), dans la Salle des conférences de l’Office Rwandais de Normalisation.
L’appel d’offres sera régi par la Loi N0 12/2007 du 27/03/2007 sur les Marchés Publics.
